As we turn the pages of our company's journey, certain stories stand out, etching their mark on our collective success. Today, we are thrilled to celebrate one such remarkable story - the 4th work anniversary of Marwa Elsafty, a beacon of dedication and excellence at Kalam CX.
Marwa's voyage with us began in January 2020, as a bright-eyed trainee in our FG medical interpretation training. Her talent was undeniable, quickly being recognized as one of the top three performers in batch #8. This was just the beginning.
In 2021, Marwa's exceptional skills and dedication earned her the title of "Senior Interpreter." She became a versatile asset to our team, adeptly handling multiple accounts. Her role soon expanded to encompass quality-related tasks, such as auditing, VRI checkups, addressing CAPA's for client complaints, and mentoring fellow interpreters.
But Marwa didn't stop there. While juggling these responsibilities, she also served as a part-time interpreter for a prestigious UK client.
In January 2022, as Kalam CX unfolded its wings, Marwa embraced a new challenge and was promoted to Quality Assurance Specialist. Her keen eye for detail and unwavering commitment to excellence have made her an invaluable part of our quality assurance team.
Marwa's journey is more than a personal achievement; it's a testament to what we value at Kalam CX - growth, excellence, and the relentless pursuit of quality. She has not just grown as a professional but has actively contributed to the growth and refinement of our services.
