Requirements

  • Priorinterpretation experience (OPI or VRI) is a MUST
  • One (1) year Training experience is an Add, preferred in Call-Center Industry.
  • Fluent English level C1/C2.
  • Familiar with practices of learning or teaching.
  • MUST be Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite with Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Did not receive any performance or attitude misconduct for 6 months.

  • Delivera pre-defined training program
  • Incorporateself-study sessions with live sessions
  • MaintainTraining KPIs represented in (Training Attrition-Conversion-Satisfaction
